All of the above has been an extraordinary experience for me and at the same time a very powerful tool that has allowed me to advance steadily in my aspirations. I am sure of one thing, that if it has been possible for me, it can also be for you, regardless of sex, race, age, creed, social or economic position, none of that is important, the fundamental thing is that you apply it and also that want with the heart to achieve your dreams. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

History is full of examples of people who have made their dreams come true, despite the worst adversities and shortcomings, their secrets have been believing that it is possible for them, having a powerful motive that makes them want it, perseverance and paying the price that life imposes<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

 If you follow that model and also manage to believe that you can, that you deserve it and finally put in action, be sure that something wonderful will happen in your life. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Possibly these words seem corny to you because you are not used to communicating with yourself in that way, most likely you think that if you talk to yourself, it is because you are crazy because that is how we were taught to think since we were children; I just want to tell you that "like attracts like", as we speak to our brain, that's how the answer comes. So let's analyze how our mind works and why it is so important to know how to communicate with it.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

It has been proven that we have two minds, the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
The conscious mind is only 5% of our mental reserve and its function is to control the five senses, yes... those that school taught us, I don't know if you remember them, those that we recited: seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and tasting, this is \u2026 to live realizing, to be attentive.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

The unconscious mind is the 95% of everything we do and it works just like a computer, it is literal, it has no analytical power, nor does it have a sense of humor. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Why is it literal? IT IS LITERAL because all the messages you send him through your thoughts or words, he receives them literally and thus executes them. In such a way that, if you wake up in the morning with thoughts of laziness, poverty, illness, bad luck, or misfortune, this is how your day will be!... because your unconscious will be oriented precisely to what you are thinking, he is going to make sure that you achieve what you are attracting with your thought. You can check this whenever you want, just think:  <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Why don't you have analytical power? Because your unconscious mind DOES NOT ANALYZE, it does not know if what you are thinking is good or bad. It simply executes it! <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Imagine if the unconscious mind had analytical power then... What would it have said to the infamous kidnapper nicknamed "El mocha ears"?  <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

The unconscious mind HAS NO SENSE OF HUMOR, that is, it does not know if what you are thinking is a joke or if it is serious, your mind simply executes your thoughts, in other words... if you have ever said to yourself: "what an idiot I am, but I only said it as a joke, it is pure hesitation\u201d\u2026<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Well, look no!... Your unconscious mind doesn't know, it just executes it!... and that's how you're going to walk, that's how you're going to think, that's how you're going to work, that's how you're going to relate like what you say or think you are.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

The unconscious mind DOES NOT CAPTURE THE WORD NO. This word is an abstraction that the unconscious does not codify. Look closely: "Don't think of a clown" What happened? "Don't think of an elephant" What happened? It was the first thing you thought. Imagine when you tell your children "Don't run" What happens? Runs! And when you tell him: \u201cDon't tell lies\u201d\u2026 What is the first thing he does? When you say or think: "I don't want to be fat anymore", what order does your unconscious execute?<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

If you want to avoid the NO when giving a command, replace it with the word avoid. For example, "avoid telling lies" or ask for it in a positive way, for example: "speak the truth" "avoid running".<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

For the unconscious mind, THINK IS THE SAME AS DOING. The mind doesn't know if it's really happening or if you're just thinking about it. For example: imagine that you are going to enjoy a delicious jicama and cucumber salad with lots of lemon. Imagine the smell and taste while you are breaking the lemon and see what happens in your mouth at this moment. You began to salivate or as they say, your mouth watered. Of course, because your unconscious mind doesn't know if the salad and the lemon are real or if you're just thinking about it.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

The above allows us to realize the power of thought and that when you learn to manage these five properties of your unconscious mind you are more effective in your communication.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

 Remember that thoughts are things, we materialize them with our actions:<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

You've always done this, only maybe you hadn't noticed, maybe you hadn't noticed. If you have a car, profession, company, business, family, first you thought about it and your unconscious mind was in charge of materializing it, then... I invite you to have thoughts of kindness, love, prosperity, health, wealth, happiness, joy... so that your life is as rich as you deserve it, always remember:<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

With regard to the above, note that a few days ago I received Jorge in my office, a dear friend, an exemplary colleague, hard-working, honest, a good father and very congruent.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Much of his life has been a successful salesman, but he has also been very marked by adversity, he has been assaulted several times, being totally bankrupt and he has risen again from all of them.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

He told me that he was inactive at the moment because he had been robbed again and that now it was worse because he received a bullet that had him on the verge of death. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

When I asked him what he thought when he went out to work, he told me that the first thing was to commend himself to God that they would not jump him again. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

It became very clear to me that we attract with our thoughts everything we fear or everything we desire. Then: <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I can almost assure you that you too have had an experience where you ended up saying: "Wow, what a bad vibe, I was afraid of it or dammit!... the same thing always happens to me"... they also call that "the fulfilled prophecy" because, like that, How you communicate with yourself, so will be your results:<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

If you think your life is wonderful\u2026 Granted! \u2026 that's how wonderful your life will be.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
If you think that your life is a valley of tears... Granted!... so will your life be, a valley of tears. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
If you think your life is rich\u2026 Granted!\u2026 your life will be rich. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
If you think your life is a disgrace... Granted! Your life will be a misfortune.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
Having said all of the above, how should you communicate internally with yourself? <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

You and I right now, we are the result of our thoughts, our form of communication, our personal history, our beliefs, our actions. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

When I speak at my results seminars, it takes me back many years, remembering that part of my childhood, marked by poverty and the involuntary abandonment of my father, which for me seemed like an eternity and a heavy burden of responsibility, because being I, a barely nine-year-old boy, had to go out to work and get money to give my mother, so that she would feed us or at least dinner for her and seven children.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

It was a very difficult time for my family, I don't know what happened to my dad, that no matter how hard he tried, everything went wrong and nothing worked out for him, today I still wonder what happened to him back then, if he was a very young, strong, intelligent, capable and hard-working man.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
One day, already desperate for all the problems and mistakes, he left the United States undocumented to look for work to get out of that situation. I think that he was also there because we did not receive his help to survive as we expected. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I had no other choice, I had to go to work as the oldest son that I was and I had to play her as a father at a very young age.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
I soon got used to the rough life of the street, facing aggression, contempt, humiliation, however I never fell into bad habits or customs that denigrated my integrity. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I left my house with my mother's blessing and with the recommendation that still rings in my ears today:<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u201cGod bless you son, come back with good results at night, if not\u2026 What do I give your brothers tomorrow?<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Of course I would rush out, rolling up my shirt sleeves and thinking of the plan to be sure to return home with the three pesos that at that time meant food for my family.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

What to do first? \u2026 I thought about going to the slaughterhouse to help slaughter the animals, wash dishes, tables or floors in the inns of the old market, run errands of whatever, throw garbage, help unload merchandise to the truckers who arrived in town , in such a short period of time, washing foreign trucks at the bus terminal; There were many options that I had. Meanwhile, my mother stayed behind washing or ironing someone else's clothes. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
It was a daily and relentless fight! <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I remember with affection the good intentions of one of my uncles, of course, their intention was to help us, they had a business in the market.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
On Saturdays and Sundays they sent me to sell sliced fruit on a tray, by the way, very large for my age, a round tray that I had to carry on my head, my uncle told me it looked like a tack. Sometimes they filled my tray two or three times a day and I had to sell everything to get the three pesos they paid me daily. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

At first it was difficult, I had to face bullies and scoundrels taller than me; They stole my slices as I passed by without me noticing at first. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Most of the time I was losing and no way\u2026 I had to pay what was missing when making the account.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I better quit that job, it didn't suit me, it wasn't productive for me.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
However, I fondly remember a man named Don Andr\u00e9s. He was highly respected by the merchants of that market where he wholesaled the fruits of the season. He was an elderly man at the time and yet he did not shy away from work. He went twice a week in his truck to R\u00edo Verde, San Luis Potos\u00ed for oranges to supply the merchants in the market.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I loved working with him; For me, the days that I had to unload were like a holiday, because we were invited without limiting ourselves until we filled our \u201cadventurous bellies\u201d with carnitas, barbecue, cheese, nopalitos and soft drinks.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
  He was a very generous old man. He was an example of work and perseverance for all of us. The only thing I saw old about him... was just his body, because in everything else, he looked like a teenager with wrinkled skin and white hair, always smiling, in a good mood and making plans... he was a very young and very enterprising old man trapped in a old body.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

One day when it was almost dark, we had almost finished unloading the truck and after a short break, he ordered me four times to fill the smallest colote of those we used to deliver the oranges and to empty them on the floor next to the sidewalk, telling me that those oranges were for me, so that it would help my mother in some way.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
 I couldn't believe it, all those oranges were mine! \u2026today I think it was around 300 oranges for myself. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Suddenly, I did not know what to do with them, the temptation to devour them was great, but at the same time, I considered them as an opportunity to earn money if I sold them, I borrowed some wooden boxes and a tarp, I covered them very well, while I used to go home to ask my grandfather to take care of them for me. I quickly went into the kitchen, lowered the basket of tortillas and emptied them, took out my mother's onion knife and left in a hurry...<\/span><\/div>\n
The goal was very clear in a matter of seconds! <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

It was my first company, there was no time to lose, I had to sell those oranges with chili in a hurry, no matter what, and that's how it was.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
This was the result of my first company: it was heritage for my parents and my brothers until today that you are reading these lines or listening to my words. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
The most important of all the above was what I learned for life at 11 years of age:  <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
