 <\/span>I have felt that many times. I depend on everything to feel good. From my partner, from my job, from money, from the opinion of others...<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
- Exact. The external is what gives meaning to your life. And realize this: the external is very fragile, it changes all the time and sooner or later it ends. That's where the anguish, codependency and abandonment of yourself come from.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Since there is nothing inside me that makes me feel valuable and worthy of love, I look outside for something or someone that makes me feel good about myself.<\/o:p><\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
\u2013 To live without a center is to abandon yourself all the time, it is the stubborn habit of looking outside for something that fills the inner emptiness you feel. Living without a center has serious consequences.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
