What moves you? Why raise your energy?<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Focus on the result you want to achieve.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">What do you want to achieve? What are your goals? What you can&#039;t or what you can? Connect with your &quot;I can&quot; and you will be feeding your energy.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Find faith in yourself.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWhere does the strength come from to get to the end of the race when we already think we can&#039;t? Do not wait to have it to get you in action. Just do it! Change your facial expression.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you smile, the 32 muscles in your face pump a higher level of oxygen to the central lobes. This stimulates the secretion of endorphins, neuronal hormones that induce states of pleasure which begin to counteract patterns of depression, sadness, apathy, anger.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. Breathe differently.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">How do you breathe when you are full of energy and vitality? How do you breathe when you are at your best?&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8. Meditate.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;Close your eyes and just breathe for about 3-5 minutes. Come on, give yourself these minutes. Treat yourself to this mini-break\u2026 and begin to get a taste of meditation.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. Ask yourself questions that empower you.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">What&#039;s wrong with your life? For!! Do not do it, do not think about it. Fast! Put on a smile, stick out your tongue.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">What things inspire you? What makes your soul vibrate and ignites your passion? What aspects are under your control? What can you do today - no matter how small your action - to improve your life? How will you increase your ability to move toward your goals? Who do you Love? Who loves you?<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10. Connect with inspiring emotions.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passion, love, conviction, triumph, courage, faith, determination, compassion, joy, enthusiasm... when we allow ourselves to be touched by these emotions, we have no choice but to feel inspired by human greatness. The same that resides in you.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>11. Do physical exercise.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exercise helps strengthen your organs and keep your internal systems working in optimal condition.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><\/span><strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">13. Ensure quality rest.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">What have I enjoyed today? How has this day contributed to the achievement of my goals? What have I learned today? What have I given today? What can I be grateful for? And sweet dreams\u2026<\/div>\n<p><\/span><strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">14. Stimulate your senses.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Light and colors... music... water... smell of cinnamon... breeze touching your skin. Stimulating your senses increases your energy.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><\/span><strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">15. Hydrate!<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">6 to 10 glasses a day is recommended by doctors. Deepak Chopra suggests that you carry a bottle of water with you at all times with a goal of sipping every 20 to 30 minutes throughout the day.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><\/span><strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">16. It isn&#039;t true? I mean to give yourself a moment to be alone and settle your mind and emotions.
