Qualities needed for the development of consciousness (Part 4)

16. Forgiving
Forgiveness is my great privilege. I start by forgiving myself so I can transcend my mistakes. By forgiving I make use of the most beautiful gift that God gave me and I remember that:

“I will only be forgiven if I know how to forgive”

Forgiveness frees me and is the best gift I can give myself.

I know that to forgive is to consciously forget an offense received, it is to put an end to rancor and resentment that produces a lack of respect for dignity.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta used to say that when we do not know how to forgive we are carrying a very heavy bundle of anguish and agony that, unfortunately, the day we have to leave this world does not allow us to detach ourselves from this reality to fly freely towards the light, bind our wings.

The earthly ego is easily offended. As he is full of complexes and insecurities, it is very difficult for him to forgive.

The soul is not offended, because it vibrates in love that is located at a very high level and negative feelings do not reach it.

The soul forgives, because it understands the weaknesses of human behavior and knows of all the tests that we humans have to go through to learn from them and overcome them. Therefore, forget.

17. Respect.
Respect is not attacking, not disturbing or offending the dignity of another human being, neither mine, nor that of the Universe.

It is paying attention to ethical laws, it is appreciating, respecting everything that has life.

I know that respect gives me peace and honors what is fair. The greatest gift that respect gives me is to live in peace.

This attitude saves us difficulties and suffering, since aggressions are born from lack of respect.

The individual who practices respect is a conscious being, since he realizes the consequences of violating moral and ethical laws due to lack of consideration and education.

When you hear about a respectable person, it means that they have managed to act in accordance with principles and the truth, and this provokes admiration and respect.

The best contribution that we can leave to the world is to raise sons and daughters who know how to respect; this is the correct way to educate them and to show the great love that we feel for them.

Respect does not allow manipulation either through reason or through feelings. Manipulators are capable of lying in order to dominate to achieve their selfish interests.

A respectful person realizes the harm he can cause; he is aware and knows the heavy price that must be paid in the long run.

18. Coherence.
Being congruent means current without lying, according to what I say I am, what I say I think and what I say I feel. This is my way of being truthful and respecting my convictions.

Being consistent is not using false disguises to deceive. A congruent person is responsible for his actions, he is convinced that what he does is consistent with his ideals.

The problem is that human beings claim to be what we really are not, we invent characters to act in different circumstances and scenarios of life; it all depends on the occasion and the group in which we interact.

So we live deceiving each other.

Individuals who act according to the truth manage to manage the Power of attraction and, consequently, achieve an impressive energy. Congruence, then, operates and they become leaders.

The few beings in the world who are consistent are also wealthy and respected.

19. Responsibility.
It is accepting and complying with the decisions I make in my life, understanding that I should not blame anyone for my mistakes and omissions, and accepting that it is only up to me to make good use of my free will.

Responsibility has no ages. There are responsible children and there are irresponsible adults, everything depends on the training we have received and the Consciousness we have developed.

It is the obligation to answer for the decisions we make, measuring the consequences that we are going to generate sooner or later.

A responsible individual accepts, does not blame, complies without apologizing and does not look for excuses, looks problems in the face and does not run away, knows how to ask for forgiveness when he is wrong and recognizes your mistakes.

The example that fathers and mothers set for their children is our responsibility. We must be attentive to what we say, feel and act, because they are like sponges that absorb everything and then act according to the example they have been given.

Responsibility generates trust in others, since they appreciate and respect it; It is a perfect business card.

20. The Silence
I must develop inner silence in myself; to be able to observe myself and discipline my mind, ordering it.

In silence, little by little I am finding peace, it is my refuge of tranquility, I want to listen to what my soul tells me and one day achieve the privilege of conversing in silence with God.

Unfortunately, in the society in which we live, every day it is more difficult to enjoy silence.

We live immersed in the bustle, the noise and the rush; It is believed that speed is more important than time to pay attention and not make mistakes.

That is why meditation begins to have a great boom, since it is the way to practice silence, even for a short time. It is the way in which we learn to discipline the mind, to be able to order the thoughts that act like runaway horses galloping unbridled wherever they please. Then, when we manage to calm them down, they begin to obey us and organize themselves without making any noise.

When all this is achieved, we rest in silence, and then emerge from it with more energy and mental clarity to make the right decisions.

Peace of soul is found in silence!

21. Faith
Faith is the strength of my Spirit, it is what takes me beyond reason and allows me to believe in miracles, it enlivens in me the hope of making all my good come out, all my inner light; to sustain my life.

Having faith is leaning on the good. It is believing in the spiritual world from which my life energy emerges.

Blind faith doesn't work. It makes us fanatics and we lose the ability to reason; choose and decide.

The conscious Faith in the good does not fanaticize, It leaves us free to choose which is the correct path to be able to evolve.

Each one of us is a unique being and we have a mission to fulfill individually. That is why faith has many denominations and there are different religions, since each of them professes its faith in a different way.

All religions are good when they are based on conscious acts, capable of building and not destroying.
Good religions are those that lead us to be better human beings, moving away from hate, resentment and revenge, those that teach us to love and respect human dignity, as well as nature, animals and the well-being of the world. Entire universe.

22. love
I know that love is the most powerful force I have, the most beautiful, the best, and I want to share it.

In love I support myself to serve and become a worthy instrument of God. Love heals everything.
  • Blessed and privileged are we human beings, for we have the capacity to love.
  • Love forgives and forgets, erases everything negative from memory.
  • Love unites, it does not separate.

  • Love believes in kindness and practices it in respect and provides it; delivered without condition.
  • Love does not want to possess and he who demands possession converts it into selfishness.
