Every day we hear and read stories of people rising from the depths of mediocrity to fame and fortune. In the blink of an eye, these people seem to make the decision to “do it” and achieve success overcoming tremendous obstacles. How do they do it?
At one of my seminars, an elderly woman stood before an audience of over two thousand people and, battling shyness and other speech impediments she had suffered from all her life, took a deep breath, stood up straight, and gave a speech. That made everyone present cry. Energy radiated from his entire body! That formidable achievement not only moved the audience, but also surprised her. His life changed forever. What happened?
Is such a sudden change possible? Could something similar happen with your financial situation, your health, your relationships, or for the rest of your life?
The answer is "yes", as long as you learn to manage your internal dialogues that you hear in your head. do you know her It's the one that just said: “What dialogue? I don't hear any!" That same one! We all hear it.
If you're like me, you probably hear more than one. The important questions are: Which of these voices belongs to the real me, and which will allow me to achieve the success I want?
All of us without exception, and this includes you, were born to be great at something. The ability to recognize and manage the thoughts that fill your head is the key to being tremendously successful in all aspects of your life.
As an author, speaker, and entrepreneur, I've seen thousands of people parade through motivational seminars and programs. Many conclude momentarily inspired, but when the euphoria wears off, the real world seems to crush them again. These individuals emerge from such motivating experiences inspired by the speaker's strength and ability to overcome adversity, but believing that they must somehow be supermen to succeed. Or they think that only terrible personal, financial, physical, or emotional adversity can motivate them strongly enough to succeed.
Does this mean that we must be broke in order to improve ourselves? That we must hit rock bottom so that our only option is to improve?
We hear thousands of stories about moments that change lives forever, and it seems that a positive change is only possible after a sea of misfortunes or some catastrophic situation. But what if our story is different, if we are just normal people?
Should we invent misfortunes to succeed?
There are also people with unusual intelligence or talent: a great athlete or a famous thinker. Perhaps this person faced difficult times, but his talent was enough to take him from adversity to greatness.
You may think that you have never had a great idea, or that you are not capable of achieving a sporting success, or that your IQ is very low. Well let me tell you that this is totally false.
The premise of this article is that the road to success is not as long as you think. People find it difficult to measure distances. The distance to success is the distance between your right ear and your left ear. It does not consist of months, years or decades. The path is in your head at this moment, and to travel it you only need to know how to handle the one you hear inside.

It will dust you off, get you on your feet, give you a hug or a kick – whatever it takes – and show off your radiance. This book is dedicated to the spirit that has long waited to reveal itself within you and is waiting for its chance to take flight.
