Third part of “The Wishes Fulfilled Method” (Article 4)

chosen by a dream
Did you choose your dream or were you chosen by it? Did you choose to read this article or was it “he” who chose you? Do you still think it's a coincidence that it's in your hands?
Many times, people console themselves thinking that dreams are dreams; and that it is good that it is so. And someday, over time, they find themselves wondering: Is this all there is? Don't let that happen to you.
But there is more.
Set yourself really big goals, aim for the stars, the center of the galaxy. If you don't make it, maybe you'll make it to the moon. It's not bad either. Give yourself a tough challenge!
No matter how high you aim, the size of what you propose will never exceed your real possibilities. If you are considered crazy, the size of your dream is appropriate. You are going for the good way. Take it as a compliment but don't try to convince anyone, the only person who should be convinced is you. You are loved, very loved. The fact that you were born is proof of how much you are loved.
Dreams are achieved based on self-confidence, drive, commitment and perseverance, not recognition.
You can establish a scale in the level of achievement that goes from the “minimum acceptable” to what would be a “scandalous result”.
Quite a wide range.
Take note: when heaven wants to save a man, it gives him a dream. It is human nature to daydream; and the dreamer becomes his own dream when he embraces it, melts into it... and then they are the same reality. With these words I just want to provoke your mind to imagine, imagine, imagine...
Discover who you are by honoring what would light up your life like nothing else. Deepak Chopra wrote; “Who am I? You are the entire universe acting through a nervous system. Where do I come from? You come from a source that has never been born and will never disappear. What am I here for? To create the world at every moment”. It is worth reading again.
And if we weren't here, right now, a part of him would vanish as if he never existed. It is not a metaphor.
Prioritize what's important
Some complain that it urgent prevents them from dealing with important. In their luggage they accommodate the "small packages" first and when they try to place the "big suitcase" they realize that there is no space left. Why didn't they prioritize what's important? This situation is repeated so many times that it seems inevitable and is accepted without further ado.
What is your big suitcase?
The architects of your dreams start first and deal with what is important.
But:
When they get lost in the urgent, they are firefighters of their fires. In the end, they put out many fires but they will not have lit the bonfire of passion. Perhaps they feel valued even though deep down they don't feel worthwhile.
This is my little secret to manage emergencies. Discriminate by asking yourself: Does this take me away or closer to my goal? Let it rest for a few days in the drawer. It's curious. After a little time, you will see how the rush dissolves, the world does not burn and everyone forgets.
Use, rather than experience, your imagination to define what you want. Get going and ask yourself: How can I enjoy and at the same time make it real? And then, don't stop, persevere. Be patient and keep insisting until it happens. Is there anything better you can do with your life? The perseverancecompensates for any type of deficiency. "Great works are done not with force, but with perseverance." A very democratic idea because it puts personal success within everyone's reach.

applied talent
We all have one talent or another. And we can all offer others something useful and valuable in some specific aspect. But not everyone is willing to pay the price of developing it. Can you believe it?
If you're willing to pay your prices, let's see what your natural talent is. It is a good opportunity to find out who you are and what material you are made of. If you are not willing to pay your prices, you may want to read other books before reading this material.
It turns out that the qualities you admire in other people are the reflection of your own talent that seeks to express itself through you.
How else would you recognize a quality in another person? If you can appreciate a trait in others, it is because you have it too. Otherwise, you wouldn't even be able to see it. Whether you have developed it or not is another matter.
Are you aware of your abilities? Listen to your heart, ask what makes you smile. Be an "explorer" in your own life. Next, develop your singular talent. It is something that is so simple for you that you suppose it is also for everyone. But just because it's extremely simple doesn't mean it's worthless.
Ask yourself what makes you happy. Reveal yourself, spend a day exploring the desires of your heart. In your heart lives a dream.
It beats in it. Find out what it is. Get rid of your fears to see what is behind and when you align with your purpose, you will shine with your own light.
"Don't try to become a successful man, rather try to become a valuable man". It's not mine, it's Albert Einstein's.
Unleash the power of your gifts. I know, I'm getting philosophical; still, untie it.
Unfortunately, "Becoming good at something" is the subject that is most missed in the educational plans. I have a question that can keep you up at night: How good do you want to be?
Your natural gift is a gift both to yourself and to others and for that reason it was given to you. You are the only person who can use your talent. But only one of the many that can benefit from it. The more you apply yourself to it, the more it perfects itself. It even awakens in you other related talents that you may not have paid attention to before. Unfortunately, the opposite is also true: the less you use it, the more it is lost.
The one you love is what you have a talent for. That's what it all boils down to.
I'll make you a confession, I was one of those who believed that talent is in the genes, until I changed my mind. Skills are never "finished", they are developed daily. For that reason, a gift expresses itself when you focus on working on it, not before. Talent is a gift that you offer yourself when you create what wishes to be created through you.
Talent helps, but determination achieves more. I want you to know that dreams are not built from a stroke of genius, but by force of heart. And that is something we all have. The stuff dreams are made of is love in action, and it's unlimitedly available to anyone.
Let me make it clear: success is for those who are willing to do what it takes, applying their little or a lot of talent, for as long as it takes. Spot.
Do not be afraid to lavish yourself, it is not up to you to manage your talent. Where it comes from, there is no such thing as scarcity.
If you dose it, you don't save it; rather you miss an opportunity to extend it.
The five (and a half) steps that follow will help you take ownership of your particular talent:
1.     Think of someone you admire for their talent.
2.     Accept that this talent is already in you (otherwise you would not give it any value).
3.     Recall a time when you expressed that same trait (albeit to a lesser degree).
4.     Choose a context to re-manifest it again.
5.     Put it at the service of others and guide it to improve their lives.
½ Enjoy (and others will enjoy too).

Don't judge the first result, talent is perfected day by day. He takes his time. This is how it has happened in one hundred percent of the people you admire for their achievements. When they started, their results were far below expectations; but they insisted and took their talent forward.  Do it yourself and you will be convinced.
