Our audio Kit consists of an audio-book and a digital book, it is the creation of Manuel Morín and is based on experiences lived by him and on metaphors that happened to characters in history, the content testifies how the results are inevitable. When I started writing this book I had a barrier that prevented me every time I thought about it. There was a little voice that told me “You are not a writer, you are just a speaker, a coach, an NLP trainer”. But my intention was there, in my interest in sending you my experiences, my concepts and ideas in a text that I may not be able to define where they come from, what I do know is that some of them come from my learning that I have had with my great teachers and trainers, others, from hundreds of books that I have read and studied and many others, from my experiences with thousands of men and women whom I have had the pleasure of serving in this 25-year trajectory of sharing the powerful tools of the NLP.
That said, I declare myself only as a humble fan of writing my thoughts, experiences and learnings to facilitate the path of a fuller life.
Once upon a time, there were two men named Joaquín González. One was a priest and the other one was a taxi driver. Destiny wants them both to die on the same day. Then they arrive in heaven, where Saint Peter awaits them.
- Your name? – Saint Peter asks the first.
– Joaquin Gonzalez.
- The priest?
– No, no, the taxi driver.
San Pedro consults his form and says:
– Well, you have earned paradise, these robes of gold thread and this platinum rod with rubies. You can enter…
– Thank you, thank you… – says the taxi driver.
Two or three more people pass by, until it's the other person's turn.
- Your name?
– Joaquin Gonzalez.
– The Priest right. Very well. You've earned paradise, this linen robe and this granite-topped oak rod.
The priest says:
– Excuse me… There must be a mistake. I am Joaquín González, the priest!
– Yes, my son, you have earned paradise, the linen robe belongs to you…
- No, it can not be! I know the other man, he was a taxi driver, he was a disaster as a taxi driver! He got on the sidewalks, crashed every day, drove very badly... And I spent 75 years of my life preaching, how can it be that they give him better? It must be an error!
– No, it is not a mistake – What happens is that here, in heaven, we have become accustomed to making evaluations like the ones you do in earthly life.
- How? I don't understand…
