Second part of “The method of fulfilled wishes” (Article 2)

Frequently Asked Questions, Unusual Answers.
I am going to share with you one of the tools that has given me the best results in my work as a Professional Coach. It has the quality of efficiency. It is as old as civilization. Philosophers and scientists have used it. I mean the art of asking good questions
In the process of creating my dream, I found something better than answers: good questions. So much so that the quality of life depends on the quality of the questions. Have you ever thought of asking yourself a question whose answer could change the rest of your life? This is what will happen if you keep reading this material.
In Chinese, the ideogram of the word "question" is made up of the sum of two symbols: "mouth" and "door". Questions, in Chinese etymology, are literally "doors of letters." Interesting, makes you think.
Let's now look at six qualities of powerful questions;
1.     They elicit high-quality responses.
2.     They start with:What, How, When, Where, Who, and So that…?
3.     They are solution oriented and not problem oriented.
4.     They focus on the present and not the past.
5.     They make you think and activate internal resources.
6.     They take thinking to a new level.
Byron Katie, excellent self-improvement author, loves questions: "There is something more important than answers, and that is questions." Inspired minds work with questions, constantly questioning themselves. And they make the question mark their tool. It is not about having good questions, nothing more, but about the most appropriate ones.
Questions are a lever for change. They take you from unconsciousness to consciousness, from absence to presence. Sometimes the answer is not as important as the thought they generate. In those cases, the question is the answer.
All the questions that I propose throughout the course-book are for you, not are designed for information but to generate a new level of consciousness and also action. Use them as a motor, because that's what they were designed for.
You will see how the exercise of inquiry will create a new approach to your reality, generate a new mental state in you and redefine the meaning of your past experiences. Also ask yourself questions to unmask lies disguised as truths. Mark Twain wrote "What causes problems is not so much what people don't know as what they know and it's not true."
Whoops!
The next task of this day is to make your wish come true. I propose to explore your heart with three different methods:
1.     Ask powerful questions: the method of inquiry.
2.     Observe what you admire in other people: the projection method.
3.     Writing unfinished sentences: the method of written intuitions.
Let's take a closer look at each of them.
1.    Ask powerful questions the method of inquiry
I propose a habit that can change your life completely, work with questions. A question means working on what you don't know. Success depends more on what you don't know than on what you do know. So let's find out what you should know to get your wishes...
Einstein stated that right questions are followed by right answers. Let's check it out. What follows is a battery of powerful questions designed to take your thinking to another level. Write them on a piece of paper. Don't try to get an immediate response. Better relax and read them several times. Let your questions "float" with you and stay with you for days.
You can start working with these value questions:
What seems impossible that, if it happened, would change my life?
       What is important to me?
What would you do if you had no fear of failure?
       What do I really want?
What would you do if the result was guaranteed?
What would make my life something very different?
What do I need to feel fulfilled?
What would I gladly do for the rest of my life?
None is more suitable than another; however, some of them will "touch" you in a special way and will indicate a place from which to start working.
Perhaps you are not yet aware of the answers that are being assembled around you, but "The Field of All Possibilities" will soon show them to you with the language of causalities.
Additionally I have a hundred powerful questions for you. One hundred. If you want to expand this topic, you just have to ask me to my personal email.
2.    Observe what you admire in other people: the projection method.
If the inquiry method gave you some idea of what you would like to do with your life but need to be specific, I suggest the following: think about the people you most admire for what they do (or did) in their lives. In other words, look for a referent. A pole star.
Why? Because what you admire is already in you (although undeveloped). You couldn't notice it if you didn't have it too.
Without a doubt, what you want is looking for a way to manifest; another matter is that you have not yet developed a certain quality. But still, it beats in you. Otherwise, you would not be able to recognize out there what you would not have seen before in here. This phenomenon is what psychologists call projection.
No one proposes you to be another person. But I do encourage you to become “your best version” (v1.1, v1.2, v1.3 or whatever you call it). An incredibly improved version of who you are today. I propose you to create your great project (a life full of satisfaction). Others do.
Key word: referent.
Do you already have some names in your head?
It does not matter if you personally know your referent or not, if he lives today or no longer. His testimony reminds you that what you want is possible.
Okay, now it's about finding out as much as you can about those people. Read their biographies, catch up on their activities, find out what they do and how they do it. How they started, the qualities that helped them the most in the face of difficulties... Everything.
As I told you, what you admire in them is already inside you, although in an embryonic or potential state. By focusing on their talents, you literally get in touch with the part of you that possesses those very talents you admire and activate them.
When you have solid references, it will be much easier for you to make decisions. Whenever you find yourself at a crossroads, ask yourself how that person would act in that same situation
       What would you think?
       How would he behave?
What kind of decisions would you make?
These questions will prevent you from making decisions you shouldn't.
In short: if someone did it before today, why re-invent the wheel? The creator of Apple Computer, Steve Jobs, you get it "Know the best things that human beings have done and try to translate those things into what you do." A pragmatic idea!
3.    Writing unfinished sentences: the method of intuitions
The third method is to complete the following proposed unfinished sentences.
Express the first thing that comes up through writing. Don't stop to think, flow when writing. Write in a stream and then, later, you will analyze what is written. Step aside, don't think. It is an exercise for intuition, not for logic. Just make way for the greatness that wants to express itself through you.
       Attracts me…
       It costs me nothing...
       I would be fascinated...
       They say I'm good at...
       Time flies when...
       My secret hobby is...
When I dream awake I see myself...
If you have applied all three methods, you can be sure that you have just put the "dream factory" into operation. Your machinery is already running. Your attention has been focused, your intention has been formulated, and your questions are raised. From this moment, stay tuned, since during the next few days you will have news about it.

See you tomorrow.
