Third part of “The Wishes Fulfilled Method” (Article 2)

Which are your fears?
Let me tell you something I learned when I got my driver's license. I remember that after the theoretical exam, the evaluator asked me if I had any doubts. The question seemed absurd but since he was very experienced, I took his question seriously and after reflection, I answered with a categorical “yes”. “Did you solve them?” I wonder. My answer was yes again. Some other people indicated that they had not hesitated. To the latter I inform them in a categorical way that apparently they would not pass the test. He didn't even check his answers. As I resolved my doubts, I approved it. The others failed.
The lesson I learned is: doubting is a symptom of intelligence; moving forward, despite doubts, is a sign of wisdom.
Whatever the challenge, we cannot count on absolute certainty, and denying doubt can only make things worse. Those who do not accept the possibility of being wrong are even more wrong. There are studies on that. Opinions that are “one hundred percent sure” have a margin of error of 15 %.
What follows is a technique for "seeing" your thinking. In the sixties, Tony Buzan developed the concept of "Mind Map", which is a visual, schematic, global and synthetic representation of thought.
Mind maps are great for thinking. And very useful in the development processes of new projects, in the study, memorization and for problem solving. They allow you to see globally, and what is even better: to get ideas from ideas.
In my opinion, no student should be able to afford to do without this powerful tool. I am convinced that I myself would have improved my GPA in college if I had known and used it then.
Do you want to experiment with your first Mind Map? Let's go there.
Take a sheet of paper, place it horizontally and in the center write the word that synthesizes your theme. For example, “my fears”, Now circle it, you already have a topic to work on. From that focus of attention, radiate arrows with everything that comes to you. Use colors, images, keywords...
When you have identified all your fears, you will obtain a global vision of the matter. Can you understand the effect they cause in your life?
Well, now it's time to question them one by one. Do you want to send all that to the "museum of old beliefs and limitations"? Question what you wrote down with four powerful questions:
1.     Is completely true?
2.     How do I know it's true?
3.     How is my life with that belief?
4.     What would my life be like without that belief?
A map and four questions. I just offered you the best tools I know. That is enough to understand the thought. Although understanding by itself does not imply changes. If you really want changes in your reality, act.
fear of success
Humans often deny that which has the gift of transformation and constitutes our greatest good. I can think of a reason for such a paradox. And it boils down to the belief that success can ruin you as a person. If it has ever crossed your mind, it would be convenient to differentiate what you understand by popularity. And what about success. I know many successful people in their field who remain completely anonymous. Neither money nor success spoil anyone, they just amplify the traits that were already in each one.
Let's go deeper.
People's greatest motivations can be summed up in two strategies: the desire to win and the fear of losing. Is your motivation focused on what you want to avoid or what you want to achieve? If your thoughts are focused on worry, pessimism and fear, no matter how many motivational books you read, nothing good can happen. I don't know of any successful people in their field who hold negative attitudes or focus on what they don't want.
Long ago, I was one of those who believed that if I didn't care enough about something, it wouldn't happen. He ignored the law of resonance whose power makes similar vibrations attract each other. Worry attracts worrying situations. I concluded that negative thoughts are a luxury that I cannot afford.
Enter the dream of your life! Wake up to your biggest dream. People who dare to live for a dream will touch the hearts of others in their circle of influence. They will plant in the hearts of others a seed that will inspire them, in turn, to work on their own dreams. They will show that it is possible, and then the rest will know that they can do it too!
Fear of success? Fear of success is equivalent to love of failure. My greatest fear would be to discover one day that I have never lived. Or as J. Jaworski (author of Synchronicity) says: “People are not afraid to die; he is afraid of not having lived, of not having considered the highest purpose of his life.”

People who know who they are are not afraid of anything. But when they forget about their unlimited potential, they suffer from each and every one of their fears. The following quote from Dr. Wayne W Dyer, from his book “Inspiration”: Find Your True Essence, is a powerful reminder of who we are: “Live in spirit. You come from the spirit world, and to be inspired you must be more like what you come from. You must live in such a way that you become more like God.” Just writing this, I have admired Wayne Dyer, we will be "friends" for life.
