One day an old peasant went to see God and said:

– “Look, you can be very God and you can have created the world, but there is one thing I have to tell you: you are not a farmer, you do not even know the principle of agriculture. You have something to learn."

God said: What is your advice?

The farmer replied:

– “Give me a year and let me do things the way I want and let’s see what happens. Poverty will be no more.

God accepted and gave one year to the farmer.

Naturally, he asked for the best and only the best... no storms, no gales, no danger to the grain. Everything comfortable and comfortable… and he was very happy.

The wheat grew very tall. When I wanted sun… there was sun; when I wanted rain… there was as much rain as needed.

That year everything was perfect, mathematically perfect!

The wheat grew so high that the farmer went to see God and said:

– “Look! This time we will have so much grain that if people do not work in 10 years, we will still have enough food”.

But there was a problem… when the grains were collected they were all empty.

The farmer was surprised and asked God: “What happened? What was wrong?

Faced with such concern, God replied:

– “As there was no challenge, no conflict, no friction, as you avoided everything that was bad, the wheat became powerless.

A bit of fighting is a must. The storms, the thunder, the lightning, are necessary, because they shake the soul within the wheat”. The night is as necessary as the day and the days of sadness are as essential as the days of happiness. This is called struggle and effort.

Understanding this secret you will discover how great is the beauty of life, how much wealth rains down on you at all times, stopping feeling miserable because things do not go according to your wishes.
