Simply be, flow and share this experience with existence.
In this level you will have to choose between conscience or reason. If you choose consciousness, your life will not be the same, you will no longer be able to leave anything for later, you will not be able to say “tomorrow I will do it”, you will live congruently. What would your life be like, do you sense it? And what would life be like in our world if we were all capable of living like this? Being able to live consciously, your life depends on that, your present and the present of what you love most.
I end this explanation with a reflection of Herman Hesse in his book Siddhartha:
“The disciples came with him, to the mountains, and asked him to continue teaching them, to continue being their teacher. He agreed out of love, but when he went down he saw a river and told them: "I'll go with you, but first I'm going to learn from the river." After some time, he arrived with his disciples who immediately asked him, "What did you learn in all this time?" Siddhartha looked at them and said, "I learned only three things." “What were these three things you learned from the river?” His followers insisted. And he told them, "The river comes, the river goes, yet it is always there." The answers have always been there, in front of you, in your life. The answers can only be found in one way: living, really living, experiencing life on a daily basis with a capacity for wonder, discovery and total enjoyment. The passage from consciousness to wisdom begins in and has as a platform brain, with all its functions as a means to achieve it and move from ME to the BE (living in consciousness) This extraordinary experience can only be suggested. I can give you a map, but it won't do you any good if you don't dare traverse the land.
First. Each person is made up of a body, it collects information through the senses and the brain codifies said information.
Second. The information captured by the senses is stored. That was the beautiful and basic principle of evolution, it was a slow process, very slow but sure. The possibility of storing information, the ability to have memory, was created. How about? When you think of a scene from the past, a range of lights is seen in your brain through an EEG, and if I ask you to think of that scene happening in the future, that same range of lights will appear there as well. In your brain, there is no past and no future.
When you try to remember events that happened ten or twenty years ago (or maybe just a few days ago) you will have the picture, most importantly, the data that went into that event and you will find that they are not structured or linked.
In such a way that you will reinvent facts to be able to situate yourself and probably these facts are not real but only a construction that serves as a reference; So it is likely that much of what you think, even if it has reality as its principle, is not based on it, am I not confusing you?
Third. Since the human stood up (Cro-Magnon man), the blood flowed through the spinal cord to the brain cells called neurons and thus began the development of thought, with simple associations that allowed us to recognize pain, cold, heat , hunger, the reproductive instinct, etc.
Fourth. From a simple operation (approximately thirty-five or forty thousand years ago), little by little the brain developed more complex functions.
Fifth. Currently in the brain you have approximately 100 billion neurons and neurotransmitters (biochemical substances) that help us give "color" to experiences, making us feel.
Sixth. The human being functions in a systemic, integral way, he has a body, he gives color to his experiences, as I already told you, he dresses them with emotions of like or dislike, according to the information stored in the individual, therefore, these emotions can vary from culture to culture, depending on their uses and customs.
Seventh. The human being, at birth, is like a new computer, of course the brain, which is the most wonderful thing I know, overcomes hundreds of computers working at the same time, as long as the human being uses thought processes.
Eighth. We have approximately forty thousand thoughts a day, but these thoughts only revolve around two or three ideas that go round and round in our head until we complete forty thousand thoughts at night.
I told you that you are like a computer, you have a physical part, this could be compared to a hardware.
Nineth. Apart from this there is something else, something works automatically and does not repeat what has been learned or heard, I call this the ME. You understand?
Tenth and last. The human being is made up of a body, emotions, feelings, and a whole series of cognitive or thought processes. However, no one has seen thoughts, not even in brain operations. These are energetic, biochemical, and electrical relationships that arise from communication between neurons. Through millions of neural connections called synapses, the human being can live and feel life.
The serious problem you have is that you think you are the human being and you are not, I am sorry but it is reality and I do not know if you will be able to live with it.
Now I want to talk to you about ME and of BE which is my true identity.
