If you block your mind, if you don't open yourself to knowledge of this type, to messages that could turn your life around, the task is almost impossible. And I don't mean to deny that if I'd like to bring about that change, that the concepts I've discovered might work for you. On the contrary, I will always maintain that they are positive for all people, on all occasions, at the moment they begin to use them.
The first step, then, is attitude. We must conduct ourselves with the attitude of a champion: if you think you are going to fail, you automatically program yourself to fail. I once asked a very successful young Hispanic boxer – he has won almost a hundred fights – “Hey, don't you feel afraid when you get in the ring?” His response was: “of course” so millions of people are watching me on television; that I have a great responsibility: to win; therefore I do not allow myself to doubt myself for a second; I start to think: “Today I am going to win and take the crown again, I am going to get the victory” There have been times when I have gone the whole round knocked out but I continue boxing, because the moment my brain tells my body that I can lose, the moment doubt enters my brain, it will subtract from my body, my muscles, the strength to obtain the crown and victory again.”

Taking the example of such a hard-working athlete, if we want to succeed, the first thing we must do is visualize success, visualize that we are already in possession of the things we dream of.

We must also start that journey towards success, without forgetting that the first is attitude. Perhaps you think: “Here we go again”; however, now I will give you the formula more specifically.
