I don't know if it has ever happened to you that you have met one of those people who have a shattered and miserable life, without meaning, without even knowing who they are, or where they are going, much less what they want to achieve for themselves... ah ... but yes ... they want to fix other lives, when they are not capable of fixing their own.
Well, it was precisely those kinds of people that I went to ask for advice for a better life; Although I didn't ask for them, they gave them to me, spoiling my quality of life even more because I believed them.
I wanted to change bad habits that were destroying me physically, like alcohol, that poor and aggressive way of communicating with my family, the economic shortages with which we lived, my arrogant and arrogant way in which I treated others, thinking that "I I knew everything”… the paralyzing fear of not knowing what to do with my life… and countless attitudes that only deepened that silent suffering that I was not able to accept due to the fear of ridicule and what they would say.
So many years passed, until one day I met a beautiful lady named Paulina in the city of Querétaro, with whom I had work relationships and one day we talked in confidence, we talked about my life, to which she replied:
“What a pity that I have to live this way. We are going to a seminar, I invite you, look, maybe this can help you”.
I accepted, what the heck!
What I was looking for at that time were solutions.

The first step I took was to accept that I was wrong, that I did not know everything, that knowledge is infinite and that there are always new and valuable things to learn to live better, however, it was not enough to admit that I was wrong, I felt very scattered, because I didn't know where I was going with my life.
One time, I remember very clearly that I could not sleep, almost waking up between drowsy and asleep, I remembered that to go somewhere the first thing I must know is where I want to go and then take action.
