Second part of “The method of fulfilled wishes” (Article 5)

How to make good decisions
From the time we get up until we go to bed, we make decisions and choices. Most of the time in an unconscious or automatic way. Since most of these decisions are small, we do not give importance to them.
But;
The sum of many small decisions makes a big difference over time.
Today today synthesizes all the small decisions you made before.
Climbing to the top requires making many decisions with insufficient information. But remember: what you decide from now on should take into account this simple question: Does this decision move me away or brings me closer to my desire? What you decide should orbit around your Mission. And if a choice does not correspond to it, you should discard it. In reality, it is as simple as putting next to your mission what is offered to you at each moment. And check whether it fits or not.
If you make a decision but allow some time to pass before you take action, two things will happen. A: that you will be discouraged; Y two: you won't do anything about it.
Let me help you on this. I'm going to reveal a little trick that works wonders for me: when you make a decision, seal that commitment with immediate action that day or the next. It does not matter that it is an insignificant action, what matters is knowing that your decision has already begun to happen and there is no going back. Seal it.
Keywords: immediate action.
If you want to expand the topic of how to make decisions, read: “Before making a decision in your life, ask yourself these questions. by Debbie Ford (Uranus Editions). The author proposes a battery of ten good questions for when you have to make a decision:
1.     Does the chosen thing give you personal power or deny it?
2.     Are you able to defend your choice?
3.     Does it reaffirm your self-esteem?
4.     Does it lead you to peace or conflict?
5.     Does your decision respect your values and incorporate them?
6.     Does the chosen thing nourish your energy or consume it?
7.     Do you decide from love or from fear?
8.     Does your resolution reflect growth or stagnation?
9.     Does it generate long-term satisfaction or just immediate gratification?
10.  Does it lead you to the desired or keeps you in the usual?
Finally, two considerations to keep in mind: a) If a decision gets you nowhere, change your strategy, but not your determination to get where you're going; b) we should not aspire to keep all options open because that is the same as choosing nothing.
The holographic and correlated universe
Holography is a technique capable of creating a three-dimensional image where the plate or "interference pattern" contains the entire image. A surprising detail: if the "interference pattern" is cut up and a part is illuminated with laser light, the entire image is reproduced. The hologram contains, in each of its parts, the whole.
Consciousness does something similar: it creates the super hologram of reality. It is as if each one of us creates reality every moment and immediately forgets it. Thought, with effects similar to a beam of laser light—focused, coherent, unified—creates reality.
The holographic behavior of the mind has led scientists to believe that the mind transcends the physical limits of the brain. The belief that the mind is not in the body, rather it is the body that is in the mind, is becoming more and more widespread.
The holographic behavior of the Field implies that any information is simultaneously in all the parts at the same time and, therefore, is accessible in any of them. No intention in thought can fail to deeply move the mind of the cosmos.
Quantum physicists speak of the universe of correlations, where each part of the whole is immersed in a continuous dialogue with the rest. Everything maintains a dialogue with everything. A “conversation” that makes both parties exist. In other words, if we did not interact with the world, it would not exist; but, and this is the most surprising thing, neither do we!
In the quantum world, each particle is connected, through the Field, with the rest of the cosmos. Within the quantum universe things happen in one place and in all at the same time. Every event has the property of nonlocality: what happens in one corner of the universe influences the entire cosmos.
but there is more
The quality of nonlocality makes possible the influence of a particle on any other with which it has been in contact. For example, when two people establish a strong connection, in a certain way, they will always be "together" and will influence each other in some way. It is as if they stopped believing in separation.
Under this new paradigm, it makes no sense to refer to the dreamer or his dream as separate things. The simple act of observing the world modifies it through the observer's attention and intention; without being able to speak of a out there outside of in heremore than an illusion of the senses. Wallance D. Wattles in his “The Science of Getting Rich” (Obelisco Editions) wrote a hundred years ago: “Do not forget for a moment that the thinking substance acts through everything, in everything, communicating with everything, and can influence throughout. People can form images in their thoughts and by forming this impression they can create what they want. To carry out this process, you have to go from a competitive mind to a creative mind.”
The implicate order invites us to look at the world with new eyes where everything is committed to everything. When you understand it you can no longer believe in a world of separation.
Do you really think there is something you can't achieve in such a scenario?
Three questions that can change your life:
1.     What is really important to me now?
2.     What would you do if you had guaranteed results?
3.     What is my greatest talent and how can it be useful to others?
Three tasks for immediate action:
1.     Think of three people who have achieved what you want. Ask yourself: How do they do what they do, and how can I improve it and do it my way? Hold the inspiration of his example. Look in your favorite bookstore, or on the Internet, for the memoirs and autobiographies of people who believed in his vision and mission. (I've always loved first-hand testimonials.) Soak up the foolproof conviction that led them to their goal. Read about their life, or better try contacting that person to ask how they started and what helped them. Keep the motivation of their example as your North Star and at the same time don't forget to be genuine.
2.     If you have to make a decision and hesitate between two or more choices, visualize yourself making each one and pay attention to how you feel about each alternative. “Try on” the future and see how it suits you. Listen to what your heart says about it. Follow his lead and you won't regret it.
3.     Create your dream vision in as much detail as possible. Write the diary of an ideal day in detail. Recreate that vision often in your imagination. Step into your vision daily. Project it in your imagination with the maximum details, Draw yourself doing what you love. Try to perceive in advance how you will feel when it becomes a reality. It is the feeling that will draw even experience. Focus on the emotion you want to feel, not what you want to achieve. act”like…“. Update, to the present moment, the emotion of achieving it and live it as if it were a reality (the present creates the future but the future can also create the present). Then put your life's mission in writing. It is your “Personal Construction”. Keep your values in mind when writing it and once you have it, make your life revolve around it.
An idea to summarize:
Your values define what is important to you in life and for that reason they are the wind that fills your sails. If you keep that in mind and head in that direction, it's only a matter of time before you get where you're going.
UNTIL NEXT MONDAY. WE WILL BEGIN THE THIRD PART OF SIX OF "THE METHOD OF FULFILLED WISHES".
