There is something very curious that happens with Chinese bamboo and that transforms it into not suitable for the impatient:

You sow the seed, you fertilize it, and you take care of constantly watering it and…

What's going on?

Nothing happens to the seed during the first five years, to such an extent that an inexperienced grower would be convinced that they bought infertile seeds. This species of bamboo exists in China and requires a lot of patience.
A year after sowing its seed there is no sign of germination. In the second year, when you are ready to see it sprout, there is still not a single stalk showing. The third year, the same thing happens, and you begin to doubt where you planted it and how you planted it. In the fourth year, hopes are pretty much lost as there is still no trace of life.

Then, in the fifth year, when you have lost all hope and have completely forgotten about him, from one day to the next, roots, stems and branches appear, appearing as if by magic. In a period of only six weeks the bamboo plant grows more than 30 meters!

In just a few weeks you have a lush bamboo full of life and splendor with a height that reaches a two-story house!

It took only six weeks to grow?

No. The truth is that it took five years and six weeks to develop. Before, it had to generate a complex and deep root system that would allow it to sustain the growth it was going to have after five years.

What does this story show us?

It shows us the error many people fall into when trying to achieve hasty triumphs. without understanding that success is the result of internal growth and that this requires time.

Perhaps due to the same impatience, many of those who aspire to short-term results suddenly give up just when they were about to achieve their goals.

When you are doing different things and you don't see immediate results, remember that you are like Chinese bamboo when you least expect it, you will have the results to life. Remember, a lot of patience!
