Consciousness is "realizing", it is locating myself in reality.

* Is realizing what I'm thinking

* Is realizing what I'm feeling

* Is realizing what I'm doing

Life is made up of small moments of Consciousness, lapses that intertwine and are recorded by memory. These are the moments when I pay attention and remember myself, only these are the conscious moments that are present in my daily life.

Why should I work on the awakening of consciousness?

Because when I awaken the Consciousness I place myself in the present, in today's day and I learn to observe myself. I begin to pay attention to what I am thinking, what I am feeling and what I am doing. I learn to listen and watch very closely what I am going to say, since I realize that everything I do will create a consequence, and it depends only on me whether the experience I am going to live is pleasant, happy, or unpleasant and suffering.

Upon awakening, I become responsible for my own actions and am able to live with intention and will. The result is that my experiences change and I begin to cultivate harmony, learning to enjoy all the moments that make up my life.
